- Cabinet has approved the transfer of land at Doloo Tea Estate, Silchar to the Airport Authority of India for setting up a new airport.
- Cabinet has approved the introduction of History and Geography as subjects in Classes VI, VII and VIII across all Elementary Schools and Upper Primary Schools in the State.
- Cabinet has approved the Assam Logistics & Warehousing Policy, 2025 to reduce logistics cost, improve multimodal connectivity and attract investments in the sector.
- Cabinet has approved the establishment of a Centre of Excellence (COE) in Aerospace & Defence, Automotive and Electric Vehicle industries worth 243.66cr at Assam Engineering College premises in Guwahati
- Cabinet has approved the setting up of a new Sainik School in Karbi Anglong at a project cost of ₹335 cr
- Cabinet has approved conferring land rights under Mission Basundhara under various categories to 1,181 indigenous applicants.

- Cabinet has approved the transfer of Government land in favour of Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Limited (BVFCL) for executing the Namrup-IV Ammonia-Urea Brownfield Project.
- Cabinet has approved the appointment of Ms. Simu Das, a member of the Indian Women’s Blind Cricket Team that won the Women’s T20 Blind Cricket World Cup, 2025, as Physical Instructor (PI) under the Directorate of Sports & Youth Welfare, Assam, under the provisions of Integrated Sports Policy of Assam.
- Cabinet has approved the allotment of Govt Khas and Ceiling Surplus land for homestead purposes to 308 indigenous families under Mission Basundhara.
- To boost security infrastructure in Assam region, Cabinet has approved transfer of 607 bighas of land in Dhemaji to the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) for establishment of a Group Centre.
- Cabinet has approved notifying Kumri Beel Area (270 Ha) and Dhamar Beel Area (337 Ha) in Goalpara as Proposed Reserve Forests (PRF).

- The Cabinet has accorded approval for the construction of the ₹292-crore Institute of Wildlife Health & Research at Dinjan, Dibrugarh, a modern hub for wildlife disease surveillance, research, training and conservation support, strengthening ecological security across the state.
- The State Cabinet has approved allotting 31B-1K-2L of land in Amerigog, Sonapur to Tirupati Tirumala Devasthanam. The new temple will promote spiritual and cultural activities, attract tourists and boost local infrastructure and economy.
- Cabinet has approved the settlement of Government Khas and Ceiling Surplus land for homestead purposes to over 900 indigenous, landless families in Kamrup (Metropolitan), through Mission Basundhara review and Sewa Setu applications.
